Takes your back or front camera and mic and sends it to an AppleTV (version 2 or newer) or another external device via the Apple Digital AV adapter Composite AV cable or VGA adapter.
REQUIRES AIRPLAY MIRRORING mode. Works on iPhone 4S or newer, iPad2 or newer or the current version iPod Touch (version5). Mirroring mode for AirPlay is not available on the older devices. PLEASE IGNORE APPLES COMPATIBILITY CHART BELOW! Air Camera does NOT work on the not-S version of iPhone4, nor the iPod Touch 4th generation as these devices do not have Airplay Desktop Mirroring mode!
Either HD or SD quality video with provisions to stretch video for widescreen.
Audio is also sent to the AppleTV if desired.
Provisions to lock the focus, exposure, and color balance if desired.
Monitoring indicators to report status of AppleTV connection and Wifi presence.
NOTE: Requires AirPlay mirroring to be turned on from the device multitasking bar (external to the app).
